Your Exam, Step 6: Eye Health Evaluation

Dr. Silverblatt will thoroughly examine your eyes inside and out, to insure that there are no signs of eye disease.  Most eye diseases do not cause pain, so annual eye examinations are critical in protecting your most precious sense.

Some of the eye diseases we routinely check for include glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.  Most people are unaware that many systemic diseases (especially high blood pressure and diabetes) can present themselves in the eyes!  Finally, Dr. Silverblatt will summarize your exam findings and make custom recommendations suited to your individual needs...Step 7: Recommendations....
